What is Give Back Tristate?Give Back Tristate is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing communities in Southwest Indiana, Southeast Illinois, and Northwest Kentucky through activities of volunteerism, while fostering the development of young leadership through participation. Each year Give Back Tristate organizes monthly large-scale one day volunteer and civic engagement activities, and several social events. Upcoming News & EventsMark Your Calendars — December 13, 16, 17 & 18. Evansville Christian Life Center Give Back Tristate is going to pair up with the Boys & Girls Club. There are several dates that you can choose from: 2009 Christmas Store: This will be held on Wednesday Dec. 16, Thursday Dec. 17 & Friday Dec 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. At this event, the kids bring in canned goods and then they shop for Christmas presents for the families, and the payment is the canned goods. Dunn Hospitality Group Annual Christmas Shopping Spree Party: This event will be held on Sunday, December 13th from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. At this event, you will be paired up with a child at Target East, who will be given a $40 gift card. You will help the child shop for gifts for the child’s family. After shopping, you will meet back up with the child at the Hilton Garden Inn to help the child wrap the presents. Pizza will be served for children and volunteers.
